The owner was friendly and helpful. Good parking and close to city center. Clean and quiet rooms. Delicious breakfast and comfy beds.

All was perfect.

The rooms were nicely decorated and offered comfortable beds. the staff was friendly and helpful, even with our pet. the location was convenient, being walking distance to a mall and a food court.

The parking spaces were on a steep part of the street and the bathroom windows let in a lot of noise. Some of the rooms had low ceilings and needed maintenance.

During our Xmas stay, we got the chance to enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The Christmas decoration was so lovely, it felt like home. We particularly enjoyed the free parking available and the warm and comfortable bed. The location was also great, in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from all the main attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

On the other hand, the bathroom could use a deeper clean as the shower was leaking a bit of water and the towels were not very fresh. There was also some noise from the street, but it didn't bother us too much as we were so tired from our day of exploring.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms leaves something to be desired and one of the lights in the room didn't work. it can be quite noisy in some rooms due to the street traffic outside, especially during the night.
